Today started out well enough Woke up at 6am Weekly gritty Saturday coffee at 6:30am with the venerable, Rusty Rehl. Then I slumped around from 7:30 until about 10:30?! What the heck man, It was going so well. It's definitely the first day I haven't ran or biked in well over a month, & I didn't follow my normal morning routine, - because I needed to get out earlier - so it was off from there. But I got back into it I composed from 11am-3pm. - 4 hours - Contemporary Classical, Practiced piano - 1 hour Went to a meeting at the Boise institute for Buddhist Studies. Delightful. Got home Meditated 20 more minutes Yoga 20 minutes Never - miss - twice. Never, Miss, Twice. I think I need to go to the vet, because this downward dog is getting sick.
The lifespan of the average American male is 73.2 years; Thats aprox. 3817 weeks. If I'm lucky, I have 2125 weeks left - if - & I'm not counting on it, so I better get moving. There's not much time left; not much time left, at all.
I will have wrung myself completely, until there's nothing left, and as I make it to the end, bruised and bloodied, short of breath, and limping I'll turn my fervid face, and laugh, and laugh, and laugh. by Taylor Ross
