Up at 4 am.
Coffee and morning journal.
Got to work on the engraving right quick.
Did that before coffee breakfast and. walk with the might Rehl.

Came home and obsessed on the flute work until I finished it at about 5:30pm

Of course this isn't all 7 pages.
At 5 minutes long.
You'll be able to buy it from the store soon enough.

Gonna ship it off to a prof. at BSU for review and to see if I can't get it performed.

This is probably the most professional end product I've made so far.
And in just about 3 weeks.

Started a new file for a cello solo today.

As soon as you're done with one start the next.
Keep the momentum going.

Gotta go quick on my pm routine.

I've been terrible lately about eating habits and sticking to the schedule I line out every evening before bed for the next day.

A mantra I made up at the beginning of this year,

I am a disciple of discipline.
I lean into resistance.
As I lean into resistance,
My discipline is my breath.
My breath is a stone that sharpens the blade.
Discipline is the blade that cuts resistance down.
